Established in 2010, Sinotec specializes in manufacturing electric heaters, cloth dryers and kitchen appliances with over 20 models to choose from. Our latest product is the multifunctional IH cooker and the mini PTC heater.
We have 5 factories covering 60,000 square meters housing 600 staff with 13 production lines giving us a monthly output of 460,000 pieces. We have 5 R&D engineers with an average of 5 years' experience and one of them has worked with Midea for 6 years. We can develop 3 new items monthly.
On the other hand, we have 20 QC staff with an average of 3 years' experience that helps our products meet CE and ETL standards for we have 12 testing equipment and we apply the 5S management to ensure product quality. In addition, our raw materials and equipment meet AQL standards and we apply drop tests on our products thus we have a 0.5% repair rate.
Our main markets include Europe, the US and Southeast Asia. Our lead time varies on the chosen products but the regular lead time is over 25-40 days. We have 10 regular cooperative clients and we have agents in various countries. We can provide some accessories and end-products free-of-charge plus we repair and replace products within the warranty period.
